This quote has resonated with me today.
Although the lack of preparation in one instance meant I left my rucksack, with my lunch in, at home when I biked to work 😂. But I managed to get to work faster.
I started biking to work this week to save money but also get my fitness levels up.
THOSE DAMN HILLS.
I however feel much fitter already, albeit the sore derriere 😂.
I have booked myself in for the 10k in Leeds in July 2019! One of my thirty things before I am 30.
So riding my bike contributes to my fitness which will help me in my 10k.
I also have opportunities with my crafts so hopefully the preparation of that will lead somewhere.
